Yudane curates listings from municipal akiya banks across Fukuoka Prefecture (Kitakyushu, Itoshima, Miyama, Chikugo, Yukuhashi, Buzen, Chikujo, Nakama, Asakura, Okagaki) plus the F-takken (Fukuoka Real Estate Association) inventory. The URL scorer at /score/ accepts any listing on Suumo or an akiya bank — Yudane fetches the page and runs the same methodology in real time. Risk data sourced from MLIT Real Estate Information Library, MLIT Hazard Map Portal, NIED J-SHIS, and Fukuoka Prefecture water-quality surveys. All updated daily.

Yudane's risk methodology is published as preprints on Zenodo with DOIs. The asbestos risk index (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19625688) covers 1,360 residential districts across 51 municipalities. The termite damage model (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19626972) is calibrated against the MLIT 2013 national survey of approximately 5,300 wooden detached houses.
